8. Cancellation and Refund

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

If an order is cancelled by MisterETec, the full paid amount will be refunded automatically.

Refunds are processed to the original payment mode within 5–7 working days.

9. Return and Replacement

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
