Account Terms
Membership Eligibility
- Only natural or legal persons capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 can create an account.
- Individuals declared incompetent to contract (such as un-discharged insolvents) are not eligible.
- Minors (under 18 years old):
- May only use the Platform with parental/guardian consent and supervision.
- Any transactions must be completed by their guardian or parent.
- MisterETec may terminate or suspend accounts if it discovers that a user is under 18 years old and using the account independently.
Account Registration and Obligations
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration.
- False, outdated, or misleading details may result in suspension, restriction, or termination of your account.
- Your mobile number and email ID are treated as your primary identifiers.
- It is your responsibility to:
- Keep your contact details current.
- Immediately update any change in phone number/email.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your username and password.
Responsibility of Account Holder
- You are solely responsible for all activities carried out under your account, whether by you or by someone else using your credentials.
- If you share your account or allow others to access it, you remain fully responsible for:
- Any orders placed,
- Misuse of account,
- Consequences arising from unauthorized access.
- MisterETec is not liable for misuse of your account if you:
- Fail to secure your password, or
- Fail to update your contact information.
Account Security
- You must immediately notify MisterETec in case of:
- Unauthorized use of your account,
- Security breach,
- Suspicious activity.
- MisterETec reserves the right to:
- Request additional verification (e.g., ID proof),
- Suspend your account temporarily during investigation,
- Permanently terminate accounts involved in fraud, impersonation, or unlawful activity.
Termination and Suspension of Account
- MisterETec may suspend, block, or delete your account in case of:
- Breach of Terms of Use,
- Use of false or misleading information,
- Illegal or fraudulent transactions,
- Abusive or harmful activity on the Platform.
- Users can voluntarily close their accounts by contacting MisterETec’s support team.
- MisterETec reserves the right to retain certain user information as required under law, even after account closure.
