Shipping Policy
1. Serviceable Locations
We ship to most PIN codes across India via trusted courier partners. International shipping is not available.
2. Order Cut-off & Processing
- Order cut-off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are considered for same-day processing; orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed on the next working day.
- Handling time: Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat) excluding Sundays and public holidays.
- For marketplace (seller-fulfilled) items, the seller’s SLA applies and is shown on the product page.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Note: Timelines start after dispatch. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Festive seasons or force-majeure events may cause delays.
4. Shipping Charges (India)
- Free delivery on orders ₹500 and above.
- Flat ₹49 delivery charge on orders below ₹500.
- Oversized/heavy or remote-location shipments may attract additional courier surcharges as per carrier policy (if applicable, shown before payment).
- COD: A nominal convenience fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
- On dispatch, you receive Email/SMS with AWB/tracking ID and courier details.
- Track anytime under My Account → Orders on the website/app.
- Multi-seller orders may ship in parts with separate tracking IDs.
6. Delivery Attempts & RTO
- Up to 2 delivery attempts are made at the provided address.
- If undelivered due to incorrect address, unavailability, refusal or unpaid COD, the shipment is marked RTO (Return to Origin).
- Prepaid RTOs are refunded after deducting applicable return shipping/handling once the item is received and verified by the seller. Re-delivery can be arranged after address verification and payment of re-shipping charges.
7. Address Changes
Address changes are allowed before dispatch. Post-dispatch re-routing depends on courier policy and may incur extra charges. Contact support@misteretec.com or +91 9220875551 with your Order ID.
8. Packaging & Damage on Delivery
- If the outer package is damaged/tampered, you may refuse delivery.
- Record photos/video and report within 24 hours to support@misteretec.com.
- Keep original packaging until claim resolution. Replacement/refund is processed after verification.
9. Bulk/Heavy/Custom Orders
Items >20 kg, bulk (>10 units) or custom-made products may require special freight. Timelines and charges are confirmed prior to dispatch.
10. Marketplace Responsibilities
- Sellers are responsible for accurate descriptions, timely dispatch and safe packing.
- MisterETec monitors seller performance and may enforce penalties for delays or misrepresentation.
11. Proof of Delivery
Couriers may capture OTP, digital signature, photo or GPS timestamp as proof of delivery. By placing an order you consent to these methods.
12. Delays & Force Majeure (Disclaimer)
MisterETec is a marketplace facilitator and does not operate a courier fleet. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, strikes, government restrictions or other events beyond our control. We will notify you where possible.
