Checkout Terms

These Checkout Terms apply to orders placed on this website for delivery within India. By confirming your order you agree to the terms below along with our Privacy Policy, Return Policy and Shipping Policy.

1) Order Creation & Confirmation

Cart to Order: Items in your cart are not reserved until payment (or COD confirmation) is successful.
Auto/Manual Checks: We may validate address, pin code serviceability, product availability, and risk before confirming.
Order Emails/SMS: We will send updates for confirmation, shipment, and delivery to your registered contact details.

2) Pricing, Taxes & Invoices

Payable price = product price + shipping (if any) − discounts/coupons.
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. A tax invoice is issued with your order.
Obvious listing errors may be corrected; orders affected may be cancelled with full refund.

3) Payments & Security

We accept major cards, UPI, net banking, select wallets, pay-later and EMI where eligible. COD is available only on serviceable pincodes/categories.
Payments are processed over encrypted connections (TLS/SSL). We do not store full card numbers, CVV, or expiry; saved cards use tokenization.
We may block or reverse a transaction if fraud or misuse is suspected.

4) Address, Delivery & Timelines

Cut-off: Orders placed before the daily cut-off are processed the same business day; later orders roll to the next slot.
Standard delivery estimate: As shown at checkout based on handling (1–3 business days) + transit (2–7 business days).
Same-Day/Hyperlocal (where available): Serviceable pincodes only; typical window 2:00 PM–11:59 PM with a 1:00 PM IST order cut-off. Any expedited fee is shown at checkout and is generally non-refundable after an attempt.
Delivery may be delayed due to weather, strikes, peak traffic, or force majeure.

5) Order Changes & Cancellation

Before dispatch: You can cancel from your order page.
Out for delivery: Cannot be cancelled; you may refuse at doorstep.
Window: Category/listing-specific cancellation windows may apply. After the window, a cancellation fee may apply and will be shown in flow.
In rare cases we may cancel due to unavailability or verification issues; prepaid amounts are fully refunded.

6) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Return windows/actions are category-specific; the rule on the product page prevails over general policy.
Eligible returns have free reverse pickup; if pickup isn’t available, self-ship as instructed—on a valid receipt up to ₹100 is reimbursed.
Refunds are processed within 7–15 business days after QC approval to the original payment method; COD refunds go to a verified bank account or wallet.

7) COD, EMI & Pay-Later

COD: Limited by pincode/category/order value. Refusal of multiple COD orders may restrict future COD.
EMI/Pay-Later: Shown at checkout based on eligibility, bank policies and cart value. Interest/charges (if any) are disclosed by the provider.

8) Fair Use & Fraud Prevention

Abuse of coupons, referrals, returns, or COD may lead to order limits or account action.
We may request KYC/verification for high-value orders or address risk.
