By proceeding to checkout and placing an order on Misteretec (“we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Order Confirmation

• All orders placed through our platform are subject to acceptance and availability of products.
• You will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS once your order is successfully placed.
• Misteretec reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.

2. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments can be made through available payment methods (Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, Cash on Delivery – if applicable).
• In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines mentioned at checkout are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary depending on location and logistics.
• Risk of loss and ownership of products transfer to you upon delivery.

4. Order Modification & Cancellation

• Orders once placed cannot be modified from your end. Please contact support for assistance.
• Cancellation requests must be raised before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations may not be possible.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
• Refunds will be initiated only after returned products are received and verified.

6. Fraud & Misuse

• Misteretec reserves the right to cancel any suspicious or fraudulent orders.
• Misuse of coupons, offers, or payment gateways will result in order cancellation and possible account suspension.

7. Customer Responsibility

• It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping details, payment information, and contact details.
• Misteretec will not be liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by you.
