Return Terms

Return Terms – Misteretec

These Return Terms explain the rules and conditions under which customers can return products purchased on Misteretec. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only within [X Days] from the date of delivery (e.g., 7 days / 10 days / 30 days depending on product category).
  • Returned product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals intact.
  • Certain items (like innerwear, lingerie, cosmetics, perishable goods, digital products, etc.) are not eligible for returns due to hygiene or usage reasons.

2. Conditions for Returns

  • Returns will be accepted only if the product delivered is defective, damaged, or “not as described”.
  • Wrong product delivered must be reported immediately with unboxing images/videos as proof.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs are not covered under return policy.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team at contact@misteretec.com or raise a request in the “My Orders” section.
  • Our logistics partner will arrange a pickup, or customers may be asked to self-ship in some cases.
  • Once the returned product passes quality check, a replacement or refund will be processed as per customer preference.

4. Refunds Against Returns

  • Refunds will be issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refund timelines may take 7–10 working days depending on the payment method and banking partner.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer / UPI.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Made-to-order or customized products.
  • Perishable goods, consumables, and digital products/services.
  • Personal care, hygiene-related products once unsealed.

6. Company Rights

  • Misteretec reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy requirements.
  • In case of disputes, Misteretec’s decision will be final and binding.
