These Terms & Conditions govern your use of MisterETec, purchases made through this website, and related customer services. Please read them before placing an order.

1. About MisterETec

2. Our marketplace and sellers

MisterETec is an online marketplace. Products may be sold directly by MisterETec or by verified third-party sellers. The seller shown on the product page is the seller responsible for fulfilment and for issuing the applicable GST tax invoice. MisterETec remains your point of contact for platform, payment, delivery and return support.

3. Product information, price and availability

We aim to present clear product titles, images, specifications, seller details, inclusive prices, delivery information and return eligibility. The price, availability, delivery estimate and any product-specific return condition displayed when you place the order are the applicable details for that order. If we discover a material listing, stock or pricing error before dispatch, we will contact you with the available options, including cancellation and a full refund where payment has been collected.

4. Orders and payments

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected item. An order is accepted when it is confirmed for fulfilment. We may verify orders to prevent fraud, pricing errors or misuse; we will not charge an unexplained fee. Available payment methods, including Cash on Delivery where offered, are shown at checkout. For prepaid orders, payment is processed through the payment method selected at checkout.

5. Delivery

Delivery coverage, charges, dispatch handling time and delivery estimates are shown on the product page and at checkout after address validation. Delivery estimates are not guarantees where events outside reasonable control affect fulfilment, but we will communicate a material delay. Please check the outer package at delivery and report a damaged, wrong or incomplete item promptly.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your cancellation, return, replacement and refund rights are described in our Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy. Product-specific eligibility shown before purchase applies where it is more specific. Nothing in these Terms limits a right available to you under applicable consumer law.

7. Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate account, contact, delivery and payment information. Do not use the website for unlawful activity, interfere with its operation, submit false claims, or resell products in a way that breaches applicable law. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for notifying us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.

8. Marketplace seller responsibilities

Marketplace sellers must provide genuine product information, hold the right to sell listed items, fulfil accepted orders, honour applicable return obligations and issue lawful invoices. We may suspend or remove a seller listing that does not meet these requirements.

9. Intellectual property and acceptable use

The MisterETec name, website design, text, images and other platform materials may be protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal shopping and lawful business purposes only. If you believe that content infringes your rights, contact support@misteretec.com with the relevant details.

10. Privacy and communications

Our handling of personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By placing an order, you agree that we may send transactional communications about the order, delivery, return or support request. Marketing communications are optional and can be managed through the available unsubscribe controls.

11. Liability and legal rights

We are responsible for providing the platform and customer support with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, neither these Terms nor any policy excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Consumer rights under Indian law remain unaffected.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when required by law or to reflect a genuine change in our service. The current version is published here with its effective date.
