Affiliate Terms – Misteretec

These Affiliate Terms set out the rules and responsibilities for participants (“Affiliates”) who promote and earn commissions through the Misteretec Affiliate Program (“Program”). By signing up as an Affiliate, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to join the Affiliate Program.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration details.
• We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion.

2. Affiliate Account

• After approval, you will receive a unique affiliate link or code to promote Misteretec products.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details and affiliate information secure.

3. Commissions

• Commissions will be earned when a customer purchases through your affiliate link.
• Commission rates and payout structure will be defined on the program dashboard and may change from time to time.
• Self-referrals or fraudulent sales will not be eligible for commission.

4. Payments

• Payouts will be made once the minimum threshold (as defined on the program page) is reached.
• Payments will be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or other available methods.
• Any taxes or charges applicable will be borne by the Affiliate.

5. Promotional Guidelines

• You may promote Misteretec through blogs, social media, and websites, but you must not use misleading, spammy, or illegal practices.
• Paid ads using “Misteretec” trademarks, brand names, or domains are not allowed without written consent.

6. Termination

• Misteretec may suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the program.
• You may also request termination of your affiliate account anytime.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Misteretec will not be responsible for indirect losses, delayed payments due to incorrect information, or technical issues beyond our control.
